See how we’re united in a love of learning at Kingswood World of Learning. Our long day care and early education centre provides child care in Kingswood that is perfect for families living or commuting through nearby suburbs Kingswood, Caddens, South Penrith, and Werrington. Our centre is located nearby the Nepean Hospital and down the road from Chapmans Gardens. We're just a 10 minute walk from Kingswood station, 10 minute drive to Penrith Westfields, close to Penrith CBD.
From the moment you walk through the doors of our Kingswood child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to explore and learn. Our spacious outdoor environments feature sandpits, natural gardens with our own pet rabbits and worm farm, cubby house, vegetable gardens, and play equipment to engage all the senses.
Children are provided the time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.
While you will provide a packed lunch for your child, you won’t need to worry about preparing lunch or snacks – our Kingswood child care centre has this all organised for you. Nutritious meals are prepared daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
There are new experiences to engage in every day at our Kingswood child care centre. We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests such as dentist visits, healthy Harold, the Police and fire departments.
Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
As members of our World of Learning community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
