Springvale 2 World of Learning
Spacious areas for little explorers
As soon as you pop in through the doors of our Springvale 2 child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to explore and learn. Our family orientated child care entre has individual play spaces, where supervised risky play is encouraged. The adventure-filled playgrounds feature sandpits, natural gardens, cubby house, slides, vegetable gardens and play equipment to engage all the senses. Children are provided the time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers. We use the Xplor Home App to update the child’s learning.
Healthy meals freshly prepared in-house
There’s no need for you to worry about preparing lunch or snacks – our Springvale 2 child care centre has this all organised for you. Nutritious meals are made daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements and also provide with halal meals. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
Community-focused learning and diversity
There are new experiences to engage in every day at our Springvale 2 child care centre. Your child will have access to engaging specialised programs that enhance their learning experience.
Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments. We have great community connections with excursions to local schools, local parks, animals at the centre, sustainability program with vegetable garden, and science experiments.
Our child care centre also celebrates regular cultural events reflecting the diversity in our local community such as Mother’s/Father’s Day, Christmas, Book Week, Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Reading Challenge, NAIDOC week, Reconciliation Week and many more.
As members of our World of Learning community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
