Piper Central World of Learning
Spacious areas that invite exploration
When you walk through the doors of our Bundaberg child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to explore and learn. Our adventure-filled playgrounds feature sandpits, natural gardens, slides, vegetable gardens, and play equipment to engage all the senses. Children are provided the time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.
Healthy meals provided daily
There’s no need for you to worry about preparing lunch or snacks – our Bundaberg child care centre has this all organised for you. Nutritious meals are made daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
Fun and engaging early learning programs
There are new experiences to engage in every day at our Bundaberg child care centre. Your child will have access to engaging specialised programs, including a sport and music and movement program. Our educators and children venture out on excursions to Hinkler Central shopping centre, Barber Park, and other areas in the local Bundaberg community. We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests. Our centre also celebrates regular cultural events reflecting the diversity in our local community.
As members of our World of Learning community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
