See how we’re united in a love of learning at Headland Park World of Learning (Buderim). Our long day care and early education centre provides child care in Buderim that is perfect for families living or commuting through nearby suburbs Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Mountain Creek.
From the moment you walk through the doors of our Buderim child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to learn and explore. Our spacious outdoor environments feature sandpits, natural gardens, vegetable gardens, dry creek bed, and play equipment to engage all the senses.
Children are provided the time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.
Extending upon experiences at school and home, our Vacation Care Program provides school-aged children with a positive social environment designed for play, leisure and learning. The program provides daily variety, focusing on fun and learning through a mix of indoor and outdoor play.
We have everything covered here at our Buderim child care centre, so you won’t need to worry about preparing lunch or snacks. Healthy, freshly made meals are made daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests.
Our centre also celebrates regular cultural events reflecting the diversity in our local community. Are you able to specify any events you might host? E.g. Mother’s/Father’s Day, Christmas, Book Week, etc.
Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
As members of our World of Learning community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
