See how we’re united in a love of learning at Bow Bowing World of Learning . Our long day care and early education centre provides child care in Bow Bowing that is perfect for families living or commuting through nearby suburbs St Andrews, Raby, Varoville, Minto Heights and Denham Court.
Our centre is proud to have received Exceeding the National Quality Standard. The National Quality Standard encompasses the seven key quality areas that are important outcomes for children’s learning and development.
From the moment you walk through the doors of our Bow Bowing child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to explore and learn. Our spacious outdoor environments feature sandpits, cubby house, slides, vegetable gardens, and play equipment to engage all the senses.
Children are provided the time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.
You won’t need to worry about preparing lunch or snacks – our Bow Bowing child care centre has this all organised for you. Nutritious meals are prepared daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
Our centre also celebrates regular cultural events reflecting the diversity in our local community.
Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
We provide before and after school care for St Andrews Primary School, the school age children have their own room upstairs where they are provided with age appropriate experiences and resources. This includes a bus service that drops the children off and picks the children up each day. We also provide school holiday care which involves both centre based experiences such as cooking days and craft days as well as excursions to such places as parks, museums, the movies and more as we are open to family input and ideas.
We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests.
