Meet our Centre Manager – Nikita Richardson
Hi, my name is Nikita Richardson and I am the Centre Manager at Leopold World of Learning. I have been working in early education for 5 years and I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
One of my favourite parts about working in the centre is seeing the smiles on little faces when they discover something new. I am most passionate about setting up meaningful and inspiring play spaces, as well as creating relationships with families!
Something I am most proud of at our centre is the family feel, we are a small centre so are all very tight night and close. This includes the families and educators.
What is your favourite inspirational quote?
“A little progress each day adds up to big results”.
What inspired you to become an educator?
I love the idea that I can have an impact on children’s lives, and help them see themselves as creators of their own journey.
What values are most important to you in your team members?
Passion, commitment and happiness
What is your philosophy about educating children?
Equity is so important as all children learn and develop differently, but all still need to be given the opportunities to do so in a way that they feel comfortable.
As a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
What is one of your hobbies?
Spending time with my family seeing new things and exploring new places.
What message would you like to tell parents considering your centre?
If families are looking for a home-like centre to nurture their children, then we are the service for you and your family.
We welcome to you book a tour today to come and meet our wonderful staff.
